Creative Writing

It was good to be featured in the Channel Ten TV early evening News last week, encouraging children to enjoy words and use calligraphy creatively.

The filming took an hour, the interview seemed long but was probably less than 5 minutes - but they edited well to retain the important bits in the minute long segment. Thank you Channel Ten, the Sequel Communications and the Centre for Educational Leadership and Innovation teams - and staff and students. This was pitched by Sequel Communications to promote the 'Dare to Be Still - Innovation Forum' in Brisbane at the end of next week (at which I will be presenting a workshop).

Yep, as you can see, I've broken my left arm - but it's 'hanging in there' and I'm right handed. But it will be nice when I can tie my own shoe laces again. You'd be surprised how many things require the use of two hands!

Thanks Peter,
for hosting this leg of A Year with Marmalade Blog tour.
Peter, I loved your in-depth questions on this book's creation. Found all the answers from Alison & Heath fascinating.
Congrats everyone!

Hi Peter,

I'd so been looking forward to viewing your TV interview, but had had trouble until now. So sorry it's taken me this long. First of all, you're a natural! Absolutely brilliant and well done!
Cheers Angela
